Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Mindy Wong, a CEA-licensed property investor and consultant (CEA Registration No. R061068F) with PropNex Realty Pte Ltd (CEA Licence No. L3008022J), collects, uses, discloses and protects your personal data when you use this website, mindywongsg.com (the "Site"). It is written in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

By submitting an enquiry, requesting an indicative market analysis, or using a form on this Site, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described below. Marketing contact by phone, SMS and WhatsApp is governed by a separate, optional consent checkbox on each form — see section 7.

1. What personal data we collect

We only collect personal data that you choose to provide through the Site's enquiry forms, calculators and planners. This may include:

• Your name;
• Your contact number (phone / WhatsApp);
• Your email address;
• Details about your property interest — for example the type of property, budget, timeline, or the message and calculator results you submit.

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

2. How we use your data

We use the personal data you provide to:

• Respond to your enquiry and provide the property advice, indicative market analysis or information you requested;
• Send you the calculator or planner results you asked us to email you;
• Follow up about relevant properties, services or opportunities, where you have expressed interest;
• Maintain records of enquiries and comply with our legal and professional (CEA) obligations.

3. How your data is stored and who handles it

When you submit a form, your details are sent securely and recorded in a private Google Sheet, and a notification email is sent to mindy.ppty@gmail.com. These services are provided by Google LLC and are subject to Google's own security and privacy safeguards.

Only Mindy Wong (and, where necessary, her supervising agency PropNex Realty Pte Ltd) can access this data. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing.

4. Disclosure of your data

We may disclose your personal data only where necessary to:

• Service providers who help operate the Site or communications (e.g. Google), acting on our instructions;
• Relevant parties in a property transaction you have engaged us for (e.g. a co-broking agent, solicitor or bank), with your knowledge;
• Authorities or regulators (including the Council for Estate Agencies) where required by law.

5. Retention

We keep your personal data only for as long as needed to fulfil the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law and CEA record-keeping rules. When it is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymise it.

6. Your rights under the PDPA

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you and ask how it has been used;
• Correct any personal data that is inaccurate or out of date;
• Withdraw consent to our use of your data, or unsubscribe from follow-ups, at any time.

To make any of these requests, contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Marketing messages, WhatsApp and the Do Not Call Registry

Singapore's Do Not Call (DNC) provisions under the PDPA apply to marketing voice calls, SMS and messages sent through apps that use a telephone number as an identifier — including WhatsApp.

• We will only send you marketing messages if you have given clear and unambiguous consent by ticking the consent box on one of our forms. That box is never pre-ticked and is never bundled with any other agreement.
• Where we do not hold your consent, we screen your number against the DNC Registry before sending any marketing message.
• We record the consent you gave, and the exact wording you agreed to, alongside your enquiry — so both you and we have a clear record.
• We do not send marketing calls or messages between 10.00pm and 9.00am.
• Every marketing message identifies Mindy Wong (CEA Reg. No. R061068F) and PropNex Realty Pte Ltd (CEA Licence No. L3008022J), and does not conceal the sending number.

To withdraw consent at any time: reply STOP to any message, or email mindy.ppty@gmail.com. We will stop marketing contact promptly. Withdrawing marketing consent does not prevent us replying to an enquiry you have made, or continuing to serve you in an active transaction.

8. Cookies and tracking

This Site does not currently set its own tracking or advertising cookies. Third-party services used to deliver the page (such as Cloudflare and Google Fonts) may set limited technical cookies necessary for the Site to function and load quickly.

If we introduce advertising or analytics tracking in future — for example a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising pixel used to measure ad performance and show you relevant ads — we will update this section and the "Last updated" date before that tracking goes live.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Please review it periodically.
